About Cooper's Cliff's:
I chose the name Cooper's Cliffs because it is almost directly across from cooper's riffle (a class II rapid on the james) and everything in that area is named after something near it. It's on the south side of the river (limestone? cliffs face north) across from maymont. There are actually two bolted routes but the area needs some developing. Top roping shouldn't be a problem to set up but there is debris on the rocks which may make it hard to climb past 20'-35'. Bouldering, too.
