About Wintergreen:
| This crag is at Blackrock Park in Wintergreen Resort. This area is on private land and is owned and operated by Wintergreen Resort. Access is not always granted to this site - keep a low profile Sometimes the Beginner Slab is occupied by the the local guide service. This is generally a lead climbing area as it's often difficult and dangerous to reach the tops of most climbs. I established all of the routes listed, and many that aren't, and now maintain the area for the resort so if you have questions about missing or faulty anchors or changes in route information feel free to contact me. | Directions: | Once inside Wintergreen, after some 2 miles turn right immeadiately past the convenience store/gas station onto Blackrock Drive. Turn right again at Blackrock Circle. The park will be on the right after you go uphill as the road curves left. There is a signposted trail which leads down to the rocks - "The Plunge" being the overlook atop Overlook Buttress, the access trail to it being blazed with splashes of yellow paint, and the further "Brimstone" (used to reach nearly all the crags) and "Blackrock" trails being blazed with red paint.
