From the north or the northeast, Mt. Moran dominates the scene. It has a distinct flat summit of sandstone. there are a variety of climbs ranging from easy rock to difficult mixed. There are different approaches to the mountain and they begin in the String Lake/Leigh Lake area. It is best to get a topo and check out the most direct route to the climbs you want to do. |
