This area is a few miles away from Tegucicalpa. CA 5 and CA 15 intersect. 3-4 miles out from this intersection on CA 15 there is a dirt road on the right. One can see cliffs facing below this dirt road. Take this turn and drive about 1/2 mile to another dirt exit on right. Drive down about 100yds stopping before a home. find an indistinct path on the right which becomes more distanct as one heads downwards. this is very steep and about 150 yards down. follow the path right as it snakes along the cliff base to the obvious routes. The rock is Basalt. There are about 20 routes 6a to 7a 60 to 150 ft long. Most over hang about 10 degrees. There are a few bolted cracks, and lots of face type features. The routes still require some cleaning. Climbing is generally on large holds with cruxy areas. There is room for many more routes, but the cleaning required is monumental.
