We did this classic route on a warm june day. It is north facing and in shadow late in the afternoon. Love the pinnacle's shadow below us. After this pitch, either hard free (curx @ 5.12ish) or A1 for two more pitches. Great summit.

This is only a portion of the north side of Monserrat. This has the big stuff, multi pitch conglomerate limestone. Very good rock, usually the more traveled routes are very solid, maybe a pebble or two rains down so use your helmet.
