We had to haul ourselves hand over hand on steel cables and rope to reach the route.

This is a good bolt on great rock. The conglomerate is compact and looks as if sheared off rather than rounded by erosion.

Nice nipple pinching and steep face combined with a bit of a runout kept this route exciting. Nice lead Papi!

This overhang was not as bad as it looked from below. Some old bolts were in evidence here. Ow.

We parked at the Refugio Santa Cecelia, very easy to access since it's on the highway. The trail passes just above the highway and traverses the whole north face of Montserrat.
