I had a better time yesterday than Saturday, my arms are tight and my shoulders a little sore. Kelly, I still can't get through the backstroke crux, but I might be getting closer. By the fall we will nail that suka!! Its my grip strength that keeps failing me. Either I need to get on it all the time, or I've got to find slopers I can actually hang on to in the basement and set up some sort of system wall section. We need one that shows that its actually pretty overhanging too. I don't like that picture. The only way to get a shot of the actual overhang would be if someone were to stand in the river down low. Look at the shot of Jackie on facebook. I just commented on it a couple of days ago so its probobly still in my history. Not in your history but I see her profile pic is on backstroke. Thats an awesome picture, with the water in the back.What was your comment? posta linky? I wanna see!
She has one of me at this same angle, but she was wearing much better colours.
