I'm not desputing that aid climbing is aid climbing. I still do mostly free. The fact that I wear a bigwall harness for most of my free climbing now doesn't make my free climbing aid... unless I'm hand drilling bolts off hooks, then a repeat accent is required.

Aid through it, and place the bolt befor lowering off to reclimb the pitch.
