Name: Chris Joosse Age: 39 Location: Tacoma, Wa Indoors, outdoors, yep. Trad: just starting out- mostly follow Sport: just started leading after a bunch of bouldering and TR in the gym Aid: not sure I'm interested Fav food: Thai Level: sport lead: 5.10c Trad lead: 5.8 Boulder: v6 Gear: light rack and rope (c3s 000-0, doubles 1 and 2, c4 doubles .5-3, full set of wallnuts, 18 helium draws, half of them extendable. Am a gear freak. Wierd fact: terrified of heights. Have paddled a kayak off a 65-foot waterfall on purpose nonetheless. The view was fantastic, the rush doubly so. I come to climbing by way of wanting to stay fit for kayaking- I've been a class V paddler for 11 years, and since I started climbing, I have been paddling a lot less, dreaming about rock a lot more. It's been interesting coming from one safety-risk-intensive sport to another- some skills translate directly, some not at all. It's been great fun being new again, learning so much. This year I've turned a bunch of corners- my bouldering has progressed from v3-4 to v5-6, I learned to climb crack, did my first outdoor multi-pitch, my first trad follow, my first sport lead and trad lead.

You have far exceeded the 100 post whoring threshold for participation in this thread sir. I'm telling. Not exactly sure who, but I'll find someone willing to concern themselves with your blatant disregard for the rules. There has to be at least one. Somewhere.

Chris I'm 18. Been climbing since January and also work in a gym. Climb around a v3 (outside) and maybe a 5.9/5.10 outside as well. Love to eat just about anything. I'm in the Coopers area, or just about anywhere in WV. Lemme know if you want to climb at Cooper's.

Well, on this page I was messing with Bryan then arranged to go climbing with Squishy while I was in Sacramento. Unfortunately we never hooked up and now I'm back in Scotland. Why are you posting here? Just to try to make a point? Are my conversational pots detracting from your e-climbing experience?
