On the phone with my bank requesting a new card now, just in case.

That sucks, and no, she's not protected like a credit card. I'd still fight, but it's an uphill battle on this one.

Talked to dad, she got covered...the online vendor didn't even ship the product yet because the shipping address was so different from the card origins that they were taking time to verify it.

No, I'm not convinced that teh homemade krust is worth it. So much easier to buy one for 99 cents.

Gnu recipe, from scratch. It's bananalicious. Though I'm thinking of soaking the bananas in rum for the next time.

It is a little funny.

The piece is a condom looking thing that rolls on my stump, then locks into the arm. Nice and sweaty and tasty to a puppy.

the closest place I can find is durango i think...there's one in Grand Junction that is 3 hours away...go figure I was there YESTERDAY!!!

I have no idea how to reorder it, or what size I am...the only labels that haven't worn off are the patent numbers. Gah.

Hmm. I may have to try to make a Pie. Sounds like fun.

I dont' think I'll try the rum though, I like my sweets sweet, not a big fan of mixing teh booze in.

I had something similar happen to a friend and as I recall they did use their real names and the cops and card company still didn't pursue it, they just canceled the transaction. Such small amounts weren't worth their time. It's fucking neglect. By pursuing these cases, even if it costs more money to prosecute than the transaction costs, they help prevent it in the future. These thieves keep doing it because they know they won't come after them.

On the phone with my bank requesting a new card now, just in case.

That happened to me using my wells fargo debit card at an arco. They gave me a "loan" of the money initially within about 3 days, and when their investigation completed and they found they charges were fraudulent, the loan became an official reimbursement. Up until that time (about 3 months) they could take the loan back at any point if they decided I had spent that money.
