Took a three day weekend into quebec. We stayed in a room with flowers on the wall. Don't know if it was a problem with our TV, but we didn't have cable, which ment our evening entertainment was watching french game shows. Nathan onsighted 3 M10s in a day, I finally had the confidence to get on almost everything on lead. Good weekend!

I thought flowers on the wall happened fairly regularly in places other than Quebec, too...? And I know married <boring redacted> is awfully boring, but still better than French game shows, as far as entertainment value goes?

Every room in that hotel has flowers on the wall. Don't hate.

It probably took 15min to hike out from the cliff AND drive back to the hotel. In Quebec there is time for both <redacted> and game shows.

Whatevah, my spray has been quite restrained lately. And while on the subject; sent one of the two big prodges for the fall. The remaining one I was/am more psyched on, but it might have to wait until Spring, since it's always in the shade, and temps are getting really cold. The last warm day, Sunday, I went out to it, and it was SOAKED from condensation. Still managed to give it the ol' one-hang, though, so not bummed. In other gnus, moved into a house. It's pretty rad, and is even walking distance via a back trail to Butcher' Branch! I'm looking forward to winter– music, reading, writing, and maybe a bit of climbing.

Of course, you could join the group of us, who are confirmed sprayers and proud of it... Then maybe we can outnumber the rest of them slackers, and spray all we want, without jack yelling at us.

Speaking of talking about climbing, I LOVE it when a 6ft+ 250 pound guy who can't climb 5.8 or get his ass off the ground on V0-, tells me that the boulder problem that i HAVE been on, and he has simply walked by once, is a V0, and great for shorter people (when it is actually V2/V3, and reachy, assuming that you actually do the ENTIRE problem, and not just jump down after trying couple stretches of V0 about a foot off the ground). GRRR!
