I bask in my glory. sigh. it is lonely at the top. I've realized that in my futile chasing of ptftw's I've forgotten to take the time an enjoy life's little pleasures. Like pad thai lasagna. I've learned something today. I love you guys.

I've already stalled out on the Lasagna front. I like a gooey lasagna (lots of cheese, ricotta, but the recipes I have are either too complicated (they want me to make meatballs and my own sauce), or too simple (slap some tomato sauce, noodles and mozzarella together). Time to hobble together my own version.
