Sorry, I just had to use that title. I was curious if there were many of us who have been in an interracial relationship (or something less)? What traits do you find attractive? I've been involved with women from three races other than my own (Arab, Native American, African American). I'm attracted to a wide range of attributes, but I especially love the olive skin and dark hair you find among Arabs, and Italians for example.

I had a black girl hit on me in college. Actually, she was all over me. She was a friend too. If she had not been drunk and drugged off her ass and with a large group of friends who knew us all, and we would have had to walk across about 200 yards of open field to get to a suitable spot, with every fecking body knowing why we were going there, I'd have taken her up on it. But afterwards she was either feeling scorned or embarrassed, and the subject never came up again, hahaha.

I tried interspecies relationship, but I couldn't stand my partner's family : all these pink bodies lying in the mud and feces, eating grain, no really, too hard.

I've dated guys from a few different races/ethnicities. Of the interracial/interethnic relationships that I've been in, the traits that I found most attractive amongst those fellas were/are as follows: - intelligence - high standards - highbrow and/or dry humor - made me laugh a lot - interest in/willingness to travel - those who took me to new places and played tour guide got bonus points - those who enjoyed cooking got bonus points - independence - slightly muscular build - respectful - varying levels of athleticism - somewhat of a risk taker - generally fun by my standards (which kinda boils down to subjective esoterica, sorry) - open to new experiences - interested in at least one aspect of the liberal arts. bonus points for multiple interests - has his own life passions - varied/interesting life experiences - accepting of the fact that i'm a mother, but not particularly psyched on having more kids (okay, this one really only applies to the few guys that i've dated within the past six years or so who qualify according to the inter-racial/inter-ethnic status) - good communicator & generally kind of stubborn (okay, this isnt so much of a sexy trait as it's just something that's kinda necessary if one plans to interact with me for more than a few days. Though, a couple of the guys were damn hot when they were being stubborn about something. hee hee.) Hmm, I'm sure that there's more, but that's all that comes to mind immediately. Well, and most of them turned out to be rather fun in the sack, but that was more of a bonus that I discovered after the dating began.

I have dated asians, a girl from Turkey (HOT), and a black girl, and of course white girls. Honestly, I have always had a thing for black girls. Probably partly because I am involved in track, and as a sprinter most of the girls are black. I love athleticism. Same follows with asians, always have loved their skin and eyes. I have dated a Japanese girl, Kiku, probably the funniest person I have dated. Jennifer was Vietnamese and absolutely gorgeous. GORGEOUS. Sweet too. I moved away  . Harriet was Thai, and tall. Damn attractive too. And SMART. But probably the hottest and most intelligent girl was Esra. Her father was a neurosurgeon, mother administrator of the national library of Turkey. She was doing advanced calculus in high school. I met her in AP calculus BC when she was a foreign exchange student, and fell for her fast. Long curly hair, beautiful smile, awesome body. But her personality- really caring and accepting. Awesome girl. The way she cussed in English too- "Fahkeeng" and "Sheet" always made me bust up laughing. Then she moved back to Turkey to finish up college after Stanford (She was older than I). Now she's back in Cali, albeit Fresno , and one has to wonder...

I nearly married a Yemeni girl that lived in Israel. We met when she was traveling around the US to visit/instruct at Jewish cultural centers, as her official duties for the Israeli Army. I was a photojournalist that was assigned to a feature story about the centers' summer programs, and as it turned out, she was the assignment... I was so intrigued by her education, knowledge and background, that I asked to get together with her that evening just to continue our discussions (I had no other intentions). Well, evening progressed into night and then into morning, and our conversations never ended. When I went to leave, we kissed, but from that one kiss, fell deeply into love with each other. A few days later, I met up with her in New York City, where we spent every waking moment together, and began planning out the rest of our lives. After spending the next month traveling around the country as a tourist, she returned to Haifa. We immediately started making plans for me to move to Tel Aviv. I received my passport, and even had a job lined up with Associated Press, when we decided to hold off for a couple of months so that I would be able to spend Christmas with my family. During this time, fighting had escalated to unprecdented levels, and the journalists started to be taken as hostages. We also started to come to the mutual realization that while we were madly in love and had each received the blessings and support from our respective families, the cultural differences would be very difficult for either of us to fully overcome... It tore us up to make the "right decision", but we did remain very close friends for a number of years following. When my wife and I became engaged, I wrote Yarona to tell her about my new found happiness and to tell her all about Cathy. She responded with a very meaningful and heartfelt letter, as well as a seperate letter addressed to Cathy. In her letter to my wife, she stated essentially what I posted above, and also that after several years, she too had met another man and was to finally be married. That was the last we ever communicated, but I think about her often.

Native American = GOD! was she good in bed. But her and drinking was not a good combination. Unless it was in bed. Jamaican = She was VERY!!! pretty. Sex and attraction was great. Ingredients for a relationship....we came from completely different worlds. She still calls to hang out every once in a while. But yea, there were times where we would go in a place to eat and get weird looks. Or just treated differently. Quite the learning experience. Black guys will start to hate you. They would make it a point to look and laugh or be more likely to go up and hit on her. Which if you ask me.....is asking for trouble.

Race is not a determing factor for me. Im like gunnery Sgt Hartman in "Full Metal Jacket": (Notice the quotes Mod Nazis... right from the movie itself...)" There are no Jews, Niggers, Kykes, Wops, Spics, Degos or Greasers, you are all equally worthless...." That being said, ive never worried about the race issue. If a woman is actaully interested in me, im ecstatic, what else could i be? And Pie Rat, after the greasy schlong comment( god dude that was soooooo funny...) God's punishment is the LEAST of my worries man.....
