I'm fairly new at climbing and I lead my first climb today on a 5.11 roof. I'm stoked, I was the only one in the group that could get it. It was such a rush getting over it and looking down at what I accomplished, then doing it again to clean the top rope, straight up cool.

Thats the same for me.... my first ever lead, id only even lead belayed once was wass on a 5.10d. Onsighted it to. It was a one move wonder but still. The worst part was, after i pulled the lip, i didnt know what to do, id never set up an anchor before, luckily id done lots of reading and knew how to do it..... Concrats on the lead, keep it up.........

Me I lead my first climb yesterday...it was only my second day of climbing... but it was just a 5.8 . It's really more fun then top roping !!!
