I feel if you love to climb. You well climb no matter what the weather is. I understand it gets hot, very hot. But so what, when you climb your mind not on the heat any way. It helps me to be a better climber, I try to ignore the heat. But in Moe's vally holly crap. But i say bring on the heat, long as i can climb.

I say bring on an English teacher. No offense, but damn! As for the heat; so what. I once saw Bill Brasky climb all of the Fisher Towers in August with nothing but a Nalgene filled with Kentucky Gentleman! It was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen!

Heat...I understand that, I live in phoenix. It was the craziest thing...the air was hot, that was ok. The rock was blistering, fingers went numb with pain. But my feet...OHH MAN! The black rand was getting so hot it was melting the rubber! I dono if ill go out in the afternoon again...(me and my buddie also had the problem of running out of water while doing pinicle peak...man I wish it was winter.) Matthew~

Yeah!!!!!!!! Here in Texas some days are terrible hot and the rock get sticky but I go climbing either way, I don't mind if it's really hot or humid, the weather that can stop me from climbing is the rain. Actually in Texas have been raining for a week now!!!!!! (I don't climb indoors) Climb safe and hard [ This Message was edited by: duracellbunny on 2002-07-05 07:38 ]

Duracell, you really shoudl NarG it in the rain... it's nice. Also, Boldering League starts next Wednesday... you and your hubby should join, it's a great atmosphere and will help you improve greatly. Also, the routesetting is going to be top-notch.
