Have all the quality control issues been addressed? Has a reputable third party reviewed manufacturing procedures to ensure the past issues will not crop up again?

I must admit that I am a CCH skeptic. Regardless, I truly wish you the best in pushing the company forward. I really hope that you will make quality control of the utmost priority so that I can stop being a skeptic and start being a fanatic like so many others.

Our old domain name was expired and when I was trying to figure out how to re-new it (because I never did this before), some body took our domain name, just to make mote treble for me.
Thank you CCH's "friends", they make me stronger.
About pushing CCH ... You can be skeptic...
But I am trying not just keep running CCH, I am trying to live with out Dave, which is much harder...

The reason why I came here was just to let know people who support CCH and who like Dave's Aliens that we have new web-site. Because I got lot of phone calls from customers about "news" that CCH is not in the business any more.
So, I did not want to discus here how I am "pushing CCH forward". I am just trying to work and run company with out Dave....

Most likely your competition did it, you know, Black Diamond or Metolius, they both have a similar to Alien product and are your direct competition.

Perhaps once you get more established you could look into selling directly thru your web site and cut the middle man out, you will make more money and you can pay your workers better. In a long run everybody wins.

Where did you see for available $9.95? I looked up New Venture Services before, they seem to be a shady company that snaps up expired domains in the hopes of selling them back to the original owners for a hefty ransom. See threads like this discussing them, with people having $100 offers to buy their domains back turned down. All depends on how much they think they can get from you, based on the importance/traffic of the domain.

Nadia, depending on what CCH has trademarked, you may be able to get your previous domain name back. According to this complaint, as an example, New Venture Services claims that it will return domain names when a trademark owner asserts their rights:

It looks like they make it tough to actually get a hold of anyone, so your best recourse, if you want to get your domain back, may be to file your own complaint.
