of course, you can get to crags in lecco in about an hour..... :D i guess maybe my life isn't so bad.

PLUS, you can get to this place in less than two hours:

Of course you would only have a swim after checking out the fabulous granite climbs there... ;-)

I totally love this place.

Hello Katie

hi katie,
i'm an american living in milan. if you're going to be up in the area, let me know. milan is about 4.5 hours by train from rome. i can't compete with heiko, living in trento right next to the dolomites, but there are tons of great places to climb within a two hour drive of milan. and i have a car. :D

Sarah, you forgive tell to Katie that in Milan she can meet the most famous alpinist of the Italian mountain ...

TRAD-MAN

some view of Val di Mello, where Katie MUST follow the path of TradGirl

Hey buddies!

Ya, I'm Canadian but currently in Europe for a month or two still. I'd like to hook up with a climber (5+ to 6a, 9-10a, or thereabouts...) either in Italy (end April), Switzerland or France (early May). Not into bouldering too much, though. I prefer sport, single or multi-pitch. I have no rope. Open to suggestions, my schedule is wide-open. I need to climb some rock, man! And soon...

Ciao,

Yan

Hey Yan,

seems I'll be around the last weekend of April. If you want to climb, feel free to join. Can't offer room, though, but I have gear and a car.

Bye,
H.

I should overlap your visit. I will have a van. I have climbed all over the USA and am a Yankee. send me a PM or email (tmidoar@hotmail.com) and I'll get in touch when I get my schedule set. You can see my post on Partners-international- by travelguy
