Nothing better than being able to live by yourself and not have to suffer roommates! Congrats! I was almost 30 before I was able to afford to live alone.

Congrats, C. It is nice to not have to deal with roommates and the drama they can entail. Hopefully you'll have fond memories of your first apartment. :D

Just don't be dragging any fellahs over to the new crib. They'll raid your fridge and mess up the place then leave. JL

My girl and I just moved into our own place together. Enjoy the place and the freedom, and make sure that only good memories are created there.

Congrats, girl! Having your own place means doing what you want when you want without roomies getting in the way. Be loud when you want, quiet when you want, naked when you want, etc... Damn, I miss having my own place. :(

Congratulations! And despite some other peoples advice on here, don't waste your time letting only good memories happen there... bad memories are just as fun to tell later on, too! And ignore Curt... you don't actually need to pay things like your gas and electric bills. Those are sort of like student loans... they don't really need to be paid back. Steve

In reply to: lol, i am hoping there will be OCCASIONAL visiting fellas. . . Just have the occasional fellah visitor submit a post on this site clearly stating his intentions, then we'll take it from there. Beware of wombats bearing 12 packs. They'll need to submit pictures as well as a list of intentions and long term goals. JL

That's why you always bring a minimun full case of returnables and a fifth of hard liquor. That's a weekend for most average couples ;)
