the responses that you guys have given in this thread are fine examples of why no one can recieve any help on this site and the reason for people getting fed up with all the s---

to mr_lemons
thank you for trying to help out someone that you don't know and have never met even though the majority of losers on this site seem to be too busy amusing themselves rather than helping someone that posts on here for answers

to everyone

why do you feel the need to flame people on this site without helping at all? people know that they don't know everything and thats why they're on this site asking for help and no one likes you to point it out to them as i'm sure that you wouldn't like it either and don't bother saying that you don't care if people point it out to you because you do

Do I care? No. I keep my karma up by helping lots of others. More than you, by looking at your posts.
how would you know? my posts don't say anything and when they did i wasn't flaming people my first post in this thread is the first post i've made since i finally got so pissed at everyone at this site who think that they're better than everyone else that i left and now i leave again NEVER to return

goodbye

The only way around this is to stop caring and grow caloused and cold like the rest of us. ;)

You do realize that I can read every post you have ever made here, right?

Goodbye, See you next month when you come crying back for more.

Mr. Lemons, Why do I care what a NEWB says?

theonlynebraskaclimber - VERY Educational. I think i've lost 1/3rd of my brain cells to this thread.

Oh dear god! I'm fifteen, and at least I care enough to punctuate if you want help. You my friend, are a classic example of why teens are given a bad rep. I suggest you go back to your bong, do a search, and save us all some time.

Yes it was very helpful, as a matter of fact.

This topic has gone well past it's life span.

Bottom line: Don't. Same with webbing or rope used in a slackline setup. The gear is routinly put through forces higher then it's rated working strength. Just save up, in the case your allowance, and buy new ones. Look for the lucky meteor, at about $4, with a 24kn rating, you can't beat it.
