Hey Rob,

I couldn't make Coyote on Wednesday night, but, I would be interested in going ice climbing sometime. I've only done it twice though. I'm in the process of shopping around for axes and crampons, but will rent until then.
I would appreciate any input you could give me on what kind of boots to get.

Many thanks,
Neil

Hey..
what kind of beginner gear would one need to do this? I can't go this weekend, but I think I'd be up for it another time

Lisa

Hi lisa, the minimum gear would be stiff crampon compatible boots that fit you well. I have double or triples of everything else and can provide loaners unless you have freakishly small feet.
