All you climbers in Singapore, do any of you guys know when Rock On Comp will be held?? Is it about the same as last year?? around June?? Tell me!! ASAP

news of the comp has not been released yet, but it was speculated to be held in august, before the climbing world cup held in S'pore!

I heard it's somewhere aroun August...
as for venue, I've no idea, but seems like the only proper place is SAFRA Yishun lor...

hey all, just some info on the world cup being held in singapore. according to the UIAA site(http://www.icc-info.org/), the comp will be on from the 23rd - 25th August.
i'll definitely be there to watch!

WORLD CUP FINALS will be held in EXPO with a new wall but i think semi finals will be held in yishun. if that wat i remembered propaly then Rock-On in august hehehehehhe

The above difficulty competition will take place at SAFRA Yishun,
National Rock Climbing Competition.
06 Jul 2002 - Preliminary (9am - 6pm) (if I remember correctly)
07 Jul 2002 - Finals (9am - 1pm) (this I know I remember correctly)

This year Rock On competition is also UIAA-ICC Climbing World Cup
2002, and will take place in 24 to 25 August 2002 at the Singapore

Man! Did you guys see the National Rock Climbing Championships? The mens open difficulty category quite sad man... Don't think anyone managed to complete the entire course. During semi-finals too...
