Let's see, 5'10" and weighed in at 254 on January 2nd of this year. As of last week, still 5'10" (what a surprise) but 208Smile. My goal was to be under 200 by the end of this year. Gonna be hard to get those last pounds off with all the holiday grub coming up. Pretty damn good though so far, specially considering that I've also packed on a ton of muscle. Now if I can only get rid of whats left of this beer keg around the mid section.Wink

I'm right there with you dookie. I'm currently in the worst shape I've ever been in. I'm chalking that up to shoulder injury plus break-up with the climbing partner, followed by subsequent eating of lots of chocolate. Doh!

The stats are 5'4", 145lb. I only need to drop about 10lb to be back in climbing shape as I am quite muscular. The only thing that sucks about getting back into shape is that I will lose the nice full boobies that I currently have. UnsureWinkBlush

I see we're posting actual stats

I held off in fear Adam would be disappointed that his old partner was no more...and certainly no less

Was: 5'11 165-170 between '02-'03
Now: 5'11 215-220

That's right ladies and gents...Rob's packed on some serious lbs since Adam saw me last.

Sorry bro. Now that I'm not putting in 60-80 hrs a week...we'll see if I can't peel some of this off

crap, I've gained 143 pounds since I was born.

Hoping I can get up to 160 someday but not the soft 160.

Something around there. I've never bothered to check, really: It wouldn't change my life any, and I can't dunk a basketball (see: White Men Can't Jump) so it doesn't matter much.

And yeah, it might have been the beer. Wink

You need more of that special camp chili, m'dear.

I'm 5'3, 101-103 pounds, depending on how active my bowels are. I'm not doing the Thanksgiving gluttony thing this year so I imagine my pants will still fit next week

I'm average Joe...... 5'9" or 5'10" and 155. my weight doesn't really change. a few pounds when i get sick, and a pound or two when I climb frequently....which never happens.

it would be nice to have a good layer of blubber for ice this winter as well as some muscles!!!

Let's see... 185cm and 67 kg. That would be... 6'1", 148 lb.

Yup, I'm skinny.

I'm 5'9" and 237ish built like a short linebacker- muscle weighs more than fat. Right? So I guess I'm pretty dense too? I would like to get down to around 200. Now that I haven't gotten away from the desk job I might be able to accomplish that. Pirate

6'2" 162-170lbs depending on the day.

I'd sure like to get rid of this layer of extra stuff around the middle. Some say extra skin, I say extra baggage.
Been doing aerobic stuff and tons and tons of situps for 6 months now. No change! Bleck.

I think I'll skip the gluttony and see if I can still haul myself up that sweet climb I finished at Devil's Lake a week ago.

Good luck, everybody!

Does being able to crawl along and do pushups on the bottom of a swimming pool count as dense?

i can walk on the bottom of a pool. Of course that's without really holding much breath so I can't go far.

ya, I weigh in at 160# and 5'10"

Height: 5'7"
Weight: Been a little stressed out lately so I'm currently 143 lbs. I would love to get down to 130... it's been a few years since I weighed that.

Hmmm. I'm 5'11" or so and I guess we weigh about...I dunno...428lbs. I'm in the best shape of my life, but the sofa has been looking a little pudgy lately.

We're a team, the sofa and I.

Allez. Go, couchie! It's totally a jug! Homard.

I was referring to myself. One of my "party tricks" is to do sets of 20 push-ups on the bottom of a pool, or do laps crawling along the bottom.
