So I want make the hide on my fingers as thick as possible I climb 2-3 times a week indoor and I am big fan of chalk my hand don't get dry or anyhting but I was considering regular moisturizing as it might help produce thicker skin. Good idea bad idea?

I've found that if I don't use lotion after a workout I get flappers really easily and my skin is more likely to split. I just moisturize lightly after a workout when I get home and it works great for me.

If you want to use something on your hands after climbing, I highly recommend Hand Jam, it is the shit!
