Thanks, man. I take back what I said about Supertopo. 
Other than the actual climbing, the part I liked best was the look on his face at the top. Though I'd probably never make it ten feet up that line, as soon as I saw the look, I knew exactly how he felt. "Holy shit. I sent it?"

yeah, that grin stood out to me as well.
it was pretty personal, you could tell. Big grin, then he looks at the camera, then buries his head. He totally forgot he was being filmed. rad.

i just bought First Ascent, which has both Trotter's ascent and Didier's attempts on the line-- all of the footage is AMAZING.....
speaking of which, i'm probably going to post a review on this flick soon- i really liked it, Mortimer is definitely on a roll!

Awesome video! I like what he said about working a route....finding joy in the approach, days spent on the route, and of course, the thrill of succeeding. Seems like more often than not, the focus is on the final ascent and how freeking ridiculously hard it was graded. Way to go on a video that not only covered an awesome achievement, but also put the work involved in hard climbing into perspective.

great video! also check the links beneath it - the one of DP soloing the Nose is nuts - really puts a perspective on how crazy the cutting edge guys are. I love the look on the face of the Big Wall Theorist he runs by. Classic.

Great vid. I love that classic look at the end. The look every climber gets when he/she finishes a tough route. Easy look to relate to. Trotter is one of the best.
