Drove down in Blackleaf in September 2006, and was wondering: we drove west from Bynum no problem. We followed the park signs, no problem. But then we got to one sign that said Blackleaf Canyon and the sign had an arrow to go left and right- we went left and about a few miles later came to a dead end where another sign posted said no vehicles allowed beyond. We were many miles from the wall.
So should we have gone right into the right of the two slot canyons? The two canyons look identical from afar. Or are both roads blocked from vehicles??
