Well ,the Peru crew is on the way, but i got 3 climbing hours in Ettringen on Saturday. good one in the roofs of the only sector with really overhanging stuff there. I had fun in the rain. check out my blog on 8a.nu, or click the link on my site: http://www.patrick-coenen.nl yesterday i got burned on plastic. It is so diff to climb the overstamina routes of the gym compared to outside! But it's good training for my next aim: getting my level up once more. today no climbing, BBQ with familie to celebrate my BD!

Hi All Freaky Euro's Back in work from Alaskan trip.We didnt get on Mt. Foraker top, but it was fun anyway.Just 27 climbers were registered for mountain and only 3 get the top until we leave the BC. Next Year! Those mtns are BIG- far bigger than our Alps. But You can climb all day long- its no dark there in summer. Looks like i mist another EFreaks gathering, hope will be soon another one. I saw the Greenland from plane- there must be LOT of climbing! Can You say POLAR BEAR?
