I've been reading that you need permission to climb at Niagara Gen. Does anyone know where you can get said permission from?

Head wall or bouldering? You don't need permission for bouldering, but I don't know about the headwall. Here's a bump for this topic to try to get more replies.

Boulder all you want. Headwall is off limits. Has been for a loong time. No roped climbing at all...on anything. --Andy P
