What are you? In training to become a Journalist; or a climber? My feeling is it's the first of the two above.

If I read your last 2 posts correctly, it goes like this: A guy that climbs naked and hurts only himself gets charged with a crime. A guy that throws a rock on someone else, killing that person, does not get charged with a crime. I am no lawyer, but that seems fucked up. No wonder our legal system is so screwy. -Mike

Guy climbed naked purposely, guy that tossed rock was an accident. Not trying to minimalize anything, just saying the difference.

So, he threw the rock on accident? Duh. Feeble dude, real feeble. I'll point it out for ya, he hit the person by accident. And yes, I read what the DA said, typical double talk. First sentence it wasn't an accident, then it was carelessness. Carelessness leads to accident. I would go a step further and call it recklessness. The guy that tossed the rock fessed up outright and has cooperated in every fashion. If you feel the need to string him up, by all means, satisfy your own sense of justification. I'll stand by my 1st post where I pointed out the obvious difference in the cases he was making. I'll also reiterate that I'm not trying to minimize anything.
