But something we can all agree on: Rush is probably the ultimate music for sendage, right?

The gym here usually plays a good mix of music. I don't really like the boulderers with the iPods, I think that it is a distraction and therefore a safety issue. We listen to lots of popular music at the gym, like Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews Band, etc. Every now and then one of the teenagers who works there plays some punk and we have to grin and bear it.

When I hear the dulcet tones of Mr. Lee, I want to tear down the fricken walls! Are you gonna see the new tour? Somebody who has been a mainstay on this site sumarily banzed is bullshit! Keeping reno and ditching ci is like eating a piece of dook and throwing away a snickers bar.

I didn't read all the suggestions, but if you like electronica then you will love Kruder and Dorfmeister. Conversions has a great beat, and DJ Kicks rocks too. Also check out Dub Selector. I used to try to get all pumped up on rage music, but I find a good sustained beat keeps the psyche up and keeps me from wanting to kill everyone else in the bouldering cave. Seriously Metallica and Rage against the machine should be banned on freeways... Just victim of an inhouse drive by...I say JUMP you say HOW HIGH! YEA! I can feel the adrenaline pumping already!

I definitely rock the John Legend AND Amy Winehouse prior to the send. During the send however I like to listen to 'Time' by Pink Floyd.

This is like watching a retarded kid try to tie his shoes with a bottle opener I prefer it when my belayer sings, as long as they're not too far off key. They took the laces outta my shoes, but I know how to operate a bottle opener!

Do you ever line up your different length ice screws and play them like one of those Robin Hood-esque flute things? Good coffee this morning, my oatmeal is cold but the eggs were superb. Pass the butter yinz

yeah Rush seriously blows. i like electronic music mostly when i am climbing because the beats stay constant, but there are some artists that are great for climbing that aren't electronic. my short list: LCD Soundsystem Thievery Corporation Radiohead Arcade Fire Various good hip hop Franz Ferdinand Beastie Boys new instrumental album
