Heh. It's always a reliable giggle to see that pic trotted out. I still wonder who those guys are, whether or not they're still climbing and, if they are, do they know this thing pops up on RC.com a couple times a year?

It is so out of this world that ... I suspect they got set up, felt the pieces were bomber, and the belayer just backed up for kicks with the picture. Bill L

wouldn't belaying from that distance help reduce the fall factor? If the belayer were on a skate board or something it could help give a softer belay too!
