Well, after doing some searching I couldn't find exactly what I was after, so here I am. If there is a thread already covering this, please link me to it and we'll pretend this never happened. I was planning to hit the new this weekend. The weather may not cooperate however. I'm jonesing badly to climb saturday and sunday however. Thinking I may make the sprint to RRG from VA. Are there a notable amount of decent moderate climbs that stay dry in the rain? anything 5.easy to 5.10 range would be preferrable as I'll have a at least one new-ish climber along with me. Oh, and jug hauls are fine, but any face routes protected by high overhangs or routes with more edgy/pockety face climbs would be a bonus. Thanks for any help!

There are some cracks on Dip wall that stay dry. If you don't have a rack, check out Bruise Brothers Wall at Muir Valley. Although it's usually crowded. Phantasia also has some covered moderate routes.

Red has bunch of crags that stay dry in rain. You'll definitely find stuff in your range. Check out the guidebook, or ask at redriverclimbing.com for specifics... (sorry I dont have time now to get into details).
