Would like to go for a climb with the wife tomorrow and we're new to SLC - does anyone have a suggestion for something 5.7 and below, 4-6 pitches, no hanging belays?

Lemme know.. thanks.

Do you enjoy climbing when it's really hot? Routes that meet those criteria are all going to be on the north side of the canyon - that would be the side that faces south, gets sun all day, and is really light colored, reflective rock. Tomorrow is going to be in the mid-90s. Have you noticed a distinct lack of climbers these days in LCC? Bring lots of water, wear light colored clothing. And maybe start climbing at 6am.

Check the guide for the Schoolroom area.

Edited to add:
Personally, if I were climbing tomorrow, I'd go and follow the shade in Big CC. Of course 4 - 6 pitch routes will be kinda hard to find....maybe something on Mule Hollow Wall, after it goes into the shade in the afternoon.

Cool maybe we will go to BCC. I've heard that no sane person climbs in LCC in the summer so I'll take your advice.

Any favorites? If it is single pitch maybe up to 5.9
