"Overhand with a bight and tail", very similar to a "Frost Knot", just done with cordage rather than webbing. Often used when making a Purcell Prusik.

I think a double overhand on a bight. there are two wraps there.

I don't know if there's a proper name for it...kind of like music I can know the whole song, but not know the name sometimes. Blush At any rate, here's some bigger pictures of it, if there is a proper name for it, may be this will help. Pretty simple to tie, best dressed having the tails on the outside to start, and finishing with them in the inside, see pics:
