We have one at my gym and everyone there loves it. I personally haven't used it yet (because I don't want to look like a fool trying to figure it out). Maybe I'll have to try it and see.

No doubt, reminds me of the DOME chair.

I don't know if I am more upset that the DOME chair is now in my browser history or that the DOME chair website has to be the most annoying website this side of 1999.

Actually, I changed my mind. The website is awesome. It has a pan volume control for the annoying music. That may even be more useless than the chair itself.

The ads claim benefits from only minutes a day. Part of me knows that must be c**p, but...

I've been on it and it is a hard 4 min. workout for sure. Anyone doubting it needs to go find one. Waiting for Lostcause to come back with a thought or two.

ok, tried it out today and it definitely will get the heart rate up quick. It probably does this as fast as anything else out there (that I've tried) except the versaclimber. Depending on your goals it's probably a very good machine. But I don't really think you can achieve any true cardio benefit in only 4 minutes with anything.

I figured this combined with other activities. It's surely is low impact. How tired were your legs after that full range high-step?
