How's the weather generally in mid-Nov? Will be in the area Nov 11-15, would love to hit the cliffs!

There is no "generally"! Expect anything. In the past 10 years it's been everything from 70F and sunny to 20F and 3' of snow. But yes, you could probably climb, but don't be surprised if there's a week of rain or several feet of snow.
