I have the Metolius Rope Ranger. Unlike the Rope Master, the ranger has backpack straps, as well as a side-carry handle, which are a god-sent. It is 30% larger than the Master, which gives you more room to throw in draws, harness, and what not. And, has a zipper pouch to throw keys and a wallet. It's and all around badass bag.

Check out the rope bag on acmeclimbing.com, works great, and costs like $23.

I don't have a rope bag but I'm thinking that maybe its almost as good and a lot cheaper to just get a rope tarp, like this one http://www.mec.ca/Products/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=15821&bmUID=1041297037055 and just put it into a regular backpack. Rope bags are probably more convenient but is it really worth it to get one?
