That is shit as fucks.

So much for the "proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" part, eh.

Although there were no dissenters on the decision from SCOTUS, so perhaps the true facts of the case and what the anti-death penalty people have been telling the media aren't one and the same.

On a fun note, no work this morning...

Instead I get to hang out at the hospital trying to get a definitive diagnosis on my son. They say autism is hard to call when they're young, but they also tell me that the earlier the intervention, the better. It's fucking bullshit.

This is the second time (at least) we've covered this topic in the SPCI.

....Just had to show off some of my SPCI knowledge.

when he finally got it, we both laughed because "the french don't need such things."

Well, he told me today that he interested in learning, so that's a start.

Cause the right attitude is important.
Since he's from France, its not his fault that everything is bolted. But having the proper attitude of trying to learn placing gear is good.

Well our oldest has ADHD. As a result the wife has been reading up on everything from that to Autism.
She read one book, about a mom who was told her son was autistic. She took her son off all the gluten and crap food he was eating. And it cleared up.
We find with our son, that the less food color, refined sugar, carbs he has the better he is. No 100% but a lot better. Not saying yours will do the same, but deff worth trying.
Best wishes and good luck.

I don't think any anyone has the right to decide that someone should die unless they present a clear and pressing danger to their personal safety (self defense, anti-terror etc.). I don't care what they did, or who they did it to - we do not get to decide that their life existence should end. Not to mention the extremely rare cases where they are actually innocent.
