I just moved to middletown and i am looking for partners to climb the poison ivy wall at west point. I dont mind the cold and can go almost any day.

Dude, you know there is waaaaay better climbing about 45 minutes north of you, right? Easy to find random partners there too. I would investigate if I were you. The place is called THE GUNKS!

Ya fo sho the only issue is that i have only done sport climbing so i have no trad gear or knowledge of trad. I would climb either place almost any time. Interested?

Watch for loose rock. It doesn't get as much traffic as it used to and the rock is pretty fractured.
