I have been diagnosed with an Ulcer yet i still plan on climbing i was told not to strain my self so i wasnt allowed to throw the shot put (High School track team)I trust climbers openions on injury more than anything should i keep Climbing even though it will cause pain and a longer recovery time?

what kind of ulcer is it? does it stop you from eating well and climbing? i think u need to eat well, drink lots of water and continue climbing. Do easy climbs and not intense , gripping ones cos u r likely to get stressed out and increase the ulcer! But on the whole i dont find any reason for you to stop climbing. But u r the best judge.
