They can't seem to make up their mind about security threats. One week its yellow, and the next its orange and then back again. I mean, I guess its expensive to stay at that alert level, but I think they need more concrete evidence before they keep changing things. I'm probably not one of the ones that really cares about personal safety from terrorism. With my luck, i'll mess up on a rappel before I get jacked up by some terrorist.
Of course, if somehting happens, it will mess with the ecconomy which means and things with start to suck again, but hey. Can I do anything to stop them? NO Does worrying about it change anything? NO.
So ask me, "Do I care what happens?".

We went back up to Orange today???
The thing that always bugs me is that they never tell you why they are changing the levels - its like when your a kid and you say to your parents "BUT WHY????" and they say "BECAUSE.... I TOLD YOU SO."
I hated that!
I do *care* what happens - I certainly don't want to see any more violence in the world - but I'm not going to worry about it - it won't stop me doing what I'd be doing anyway.

Yea David, that is what I am thinking. I posted "but shite happens" but when I checked it, it read "but s___ happens". I know that I did not write it that way. So yea, I think somebody did edit it.

we were told why. there is intelligence we didn't have last week that indicates an increased level of risk. don't get mad that people are trying to help fight terror and alert us to increased levels of risk from terrorists. when 9/11 happened everyone asked "why weren't we warned??" if the frequent changing of alerts befuddles or angers you.... well i don't want to offend anyone now do i? you get the point...
