The device is listed under the misc. baley devices section on that site you referenced. You can go to that site and post question in a forum and Gary often answers them. He is very knowledgable about his devices. You can probably send him an email if the forum post doesn't work.

well frogs are little amphibians that hop around...I'm not sure how many practical uses they have...you can eat them if you want to be like the french...but then again you can just stop showering if you want to be like the french

My 0.2$: After twisting the rope around the core of the frog clip one carabiner into each hole and attach them to the belay. To operate do the same as if you used a rapelleight attached to your belay. Wonder why it did not become popular?

Years back when Gregory was starting out making packs in San Diego, there were a number of local climbers in the area doing the same. One climber, whose packs were popular with the locals called his packs FROG. This was an acronym for From Ray Olsons Garage. (Unsure if I spell Olson Correctly). And sorry, no relation to the twins so don't try to look him up) 8)
