Sorry photon, I don't think that quite does it...

I think it'd have to be more like...

The government has just made all "Clean" gear illegal and all crack routes must now be bolted!

or...

Sorry dude, you have to be shirtless and wearing spandex of some sort to climb here... Local ethics ya know...

How do you scare a trad climber?

-Replace their rack with identically sized units in different colors.

-Employ repeated use of the words "graduate" and "fingery."

Oooh, summer.
It was bitchin' man. I'm in the process of scanning all my summer stuff, but hightlights included:

-The Prow between shifts at work
-A perfect sunset rainbow over Half Dome
-bonking on El Cap at 3 a.m.
-hitting 60 m.p.h. on my road bike at night in Wawona tunnel
-meeting Lynn Hill and her son
-swimming in the Merced daily
-riding my bike thru the Mountain Room Bar
-and of course collecting booty like it was going out of style

Cheers!

Well, that's cool if you are into having fun and stuff. I personally prefer wasting the summer building material wealth I don't really need or want.

Sounds gneisse dude. Any more pics of people on fire?? Talk about Bitchin' heh.

hehe

tell them the only gear they can have is a chalk bag that stays on the ground, super tight shoes, a toothbrush and a foam pad (which makes no clanking noises to announce their arrival btw)

then say they can only go 8 moves up the very small looking 12' rock then jump down

Boo is good... but the other B word... bo..bou..boul AHh it wouldn't be right
