Last time I did that was Mardi Gras, '01. Didn't get many beads, for some reason.
Time before that, I was in Cleveland for the annual convention of Federation Union de Climbers en Medicinas (or, as we call it, FUC 'EM), a French-based international group of paramedics, nurses, and physicians involved with rock climbing, rescue, and the like. I was putting the moves on this little number from Bosnia, and she was swooning like so many palm trees under the force of a hurricane. I unleashed the beast just as the police were arriving, and got carted off to jail. Spent 8 hours playing blackjack with a 320 pound fella named Tiny, who had an affinity for smooth jazz, creme brulee, and was the victim of circumstances but most assuredly not guilty (or so he said, and I wasn't about to argue.)
I'll leave the "hanging out" to you other fellows, and I'll happily slog my way up the driveway, if someone will get the belay, please.
