My wife got me into climbing when I visited her in Alaska before we got married. I think the climb I remember the most that I've done though, was my first day of out-door leading at Paradise on the Brazos in Texas. I lead a 5.10 called "River Chimps." I didn't know it was a 10 until I was half way up, yelling at my belay, "What is this thing!?" "Um. 5.10, I think." And then I realized I was in over my head... But I finished the climb clean out of fear of falling... Funny how fear inspires, eh?

First Route using gear was Bedtime For Bonzo in RRG, though I've probably climbed 20+ routes without gear just fooling around with my freinds.

cracker jack at table rock, north carolina with rrradam. i think it was a 5.8. i thought i was going to pass out after about 100 feet of the first pitch. after resting for about 10 min, i was able to finish the last 30 feet.
