for those coming to the gallery opening on thursday evening:
I dropped of my work this week, and the gallery is beautiful. It is owned by Jeff and Nichole Skoloda, both climbers. Jeff is on the Ouray Mtn. Rescue crew. Their gallery is on the west side of the street next to a pizza joint on the far north end of town(farthest from the ice).
The gig is 7 p.m. to whenever, then the gallery will be open from 2-8 pm daily during the fest. There is a huge variety of work, from digitally manipulated photography to glass and steel sculpture. I have even heard rumors that there will be ice sculpture work going on live during the opening.
Anyways, I Look forward to meeting those who have sent pm's.

Well, thats just great. Im sure we have tons of pictures of Geo in compromised positions that would be great to demonstrate the absolute utility value of the OP merchandise, maybe we can shoot a second catalog for the adult crowd too.
just a thought.

How amusing. I just turned down a job in Antarctica today. No, really. Details available in Ouray. I hear they don't let you outside for fun stuff like that, though... one of the reasons I've passed on two offers there in a row now.
