between those two, which to you prefer??? I think sloppers are easier on your hands and the other ones are safer.

slopers.... easier on the fingers.... and more finesse... and for power there is nothing like hugging a huge bulge after your feet rip off.

I'll have to say crimpers as well. There really isn't much else up here in the blue Mountains so if you don't like square cut crimps then well, you may as well not bother. That said slopers can be alot of fun if just for the insecurity. Nothing like climbing a route where you felt like the tiniest breath of wind would send you down.

I'm stronger on crimps, but when I pull a sloper, I feel like I've done something uncommon (for me). So if I'm sketched, I'll go for the crimp, but pulling a sick sloper leaves me with a real feeling of accomplishment.
