Anyone need a partner this Saturday? I would like to follow some multi. Never done multi and I certainly can't just jump into it...so. I'm solid on 5.7 and most 5.8, although I've climbed 5.9, still working on that 10. PM me or email me: rplowde@clemson.edu I'm up for pretty much anything in NC, I really like the slab.

If I can round up some chumps over this way to help me pay for gas I will come and climb the glass with you. Loads of fun and all the multi-pitch you can handle.

Although it doesnt really help you for this saturday, i would be intrested in climbing in the future. i am comfortable on 510 trad... but enjoy climbing good routes of any grade.

Hey I am busy this saturday, but i live in NC and can climb just about any day of the week. I'm always looking for somebody to climb with so just email me anytime you want to come up. I live about 20 min. from looking glass, so i could take you up the nose or sundial or anything else you feel like doing. my email is: imarebeldottie@yahoo.com later.

Im climbing with someone else out at Table Rock on Saturday, then going bouldering somewhere near Boone Sunday, (most likely sassafras). I might see you there.

Speaking of the snow...it better not ruin the weekend. Any good ideas for a contingency plan besides the plastic?

In reply to: I doubt anyone will be rockclimbing east of Asheville on Saturday. :( Yeah we've got like 4 inches of snow right now and they say it could get to a foot by tonight, so everything in NC will certainly be wet on saturday.

Here's Boone Reporting in.. 4" of snow and still falling. I'm not sure but it's supposed to keep snowing all day so it's going to be pretty piled up and only if your lucky will the weekend be dry. CJStudent and I climbed last night between 7:30pm and 11:30pm. We knew the storm was coming and we wanted to get some time it. Ship rock at night is really cool. If you live in the area I would recomend headlamping it one night...just wait for it to get a little warmer.

Ok...so I've decided (mainly the weather, but also cuz I don't feel much like a bike race right now) that I'm open for Saturday or Sunday. So, whoever needs a partner, just let me know, cuz I could use one. Thanks.

My plan for teh weather is climbing at Crowders on Sunday (after church around 12-1). I'll be there with my partner Joe, but if you are without a partner def. give me a PM and I'll climb with you there. Its really snowing hard up here in boone right now! Glad Josh wanted to climb last night!!!!
