Mainly I would like to lead a crack climb and ski some of the mountains out there. But for specifics I wouldn't mind trying the grand teton, or the prow on kit carson for climbing. For skiing, I'd like to do some of the 14ers around the aspen area or breckenridge. I would also like to attempt the first ski descent of Pervertical Sanctuary if the snow conditions are right.

I've got a mixed bag of goals for the summer (I'm working on some of them already): - learn to lead climb (my first foray into outdoor climbing WITH ropes) - start learning trad - climb harder stuff- I have my sights set on a pair of 5.14a's in Squamish and: JUST CLIMB MORE! Good luck to all with your goals this summer!

In reply to: In reply to: 9. 4-6 - daytime sloggs up 14'ers/ 2-night sloggs. Don't do those intentionally... Just try more ambitious routes and they will come naturally (ie by accident). Been there, done that, froze my butt off.

In reply to: The weather's warmer, days are longer, and climbing season is in full swing at many crags. What's on your tick list for this summer? Not much. Going to start aiding this year with justsendingits, hopefully will be hooking up with greenelfshoes for some climbing, and tentatively planning a Gunks trip to meet bakedjake.

basically, I just wanna expand my puny list, as well as get some much harder climbs in I feel that I can send a hell of a lot if i go climbing a lot, but I have to convince my climbing partners (2 kids like me) to climb as much as possible...mmm hands getting sweaty... oh yeah...Rumney for sport and Lincoln woods for bouldering i wanna send several 12s (i still haven't sent any0, or maybe i'll skip a grade and send Bottom Feeder (5.13a) hehe...i have no chance but ím feelin good! the plastic has found its way into my veins and i must purge the contaminant by climbing harder than ever this summer!!!! -or maybe im just too grade-driven and will spend the summer free-soloing 5.5s and fasting.

In reply to: I feel that I can send a hell of a lot if i go climbing a lot, but I have to convince my climbing partners (2 kids like me) to climb as much as possible...mmm hands getting sweaty... WHAT!? You don't have to convince me to go climbing. One of us has to get a car though. . . As for my ticklist, I really want to send all of the projects I have at Rumney, Orangahang, Social Outcast, Things As They Are Now, and Apocalypse Later. For bouldering, Beached Whale, and anything at Lincoln Woods above V4, I haven't bouldered there enough to get any hard projects. Ok, that's it.
