I was in J Tree on Saturday, and the high was 75 degrees. I actually saw someone move out of the shade because they were "chilly".

I think it was 20 degrees hotter on Sunday, but Saturday was incredible.

yeah... I was there Sunday... and it was hot... 81 degrees when I left at like 9:00, and that felt cool... so yeah, I don't know how hot it got Sunday, but it was up there! It was amazing though... forget college, I just want to climb

Just move to Socal and go to school. I'm in the OC at CSUF and its the best. Good gym close by and 2 hours or less from JTree, Black mountain, Taquitz, and other decent areas. That would help you do the climbing/college thing.
