I am planning on going to the RRG the second to last weekend of October (actually that Mon/Tues)...I have some questions, as we've never been there before:
1) what are the camping options?
2) what's the weather like that time of year? How cold will the rock be? Are there some sections that are more in the sun?
3) is it worth trying to find a guidebook (is there one that's better?) or can we manage on what is listed on the site and perhaps other climbers who may have one and be there when we are?
4) will we get bored after a couple days or will we find plenty to do (if it's all lead climbing we'll stick to moderates, but if there are TR options we could go for harder stuff)
